At PaperBeet, we believe in fair and transparent billing. We offer a generous free plan so you can fully evaluate the platform before paying. However, if you subscribe and are not satisfied, we want to make it right.
All payments are processed by Razorpay, a RBI-regulated payment gateway. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) within 5–10 business days of approval.

If you subscribe to any paid plan (Student Pro, Starter, Pro, or School) and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
No questions asked. No lengthy process. Just email us.
The 7-day window starts from the date of your first subscription payment for a new plan. Renewals of existing plans are not covered by the 7-day guarantee.

After the 7-day window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable as you have had access to the full platform and your paper generation quota for the billing period.
However, we will consider pro-rata refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- A technical issue caused by PaperBeet prevented you from using the service for a significant portion of the billing period, and we were unable to resolve it
- You were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or incorrect plan amount)
- A serious billing dispute with documented evidence
