1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PaperBeet at paperbeet.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BEETi Technology Services LLP ("PaperBeet", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in India.

By using PaperBeet on behalf of a school, coaching centre, or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

PaperBeet is an AI-powered platform that allows teachers, coaching centres, and students to:

• Generate exam papers across multiple question types (MCQ, Short Answer, Long Answer, Fill in the Blanks, Case-Based)
• Create and assign MCQ tests to students
• Track student performance and analytics
• Download papers as PDF and share via WhatsApp
• Manage school and coaching centre operations

AI paper generation is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. The quality and accuracy of generated content depends on the input you provide. Always review generated content before use in formal assessments.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. We use a one-time password (OTP) system — no password is stored. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account.

You must not share your account with others or allow multiple users to access the platform under a single account. Each teacher, student, or admin must have their own account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Students under 13 may use the Platform only through a school or coaching centre account managed by an adult.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

4. Plans, Payments & Quotas

PaperBeet offers the following subscription plans:

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Plan quotas reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused quota does not carry over. Exceeding your quota will require an upgrade before further generation is possible.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST invoices are available for Pro and School plans.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PaperBeet only for lawful educational purposes. You must not:

• Use the Platform to generate content that is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce PaperBeet's software or AI prompts
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to the Platform without our written permission
• Use automated scripts or bots to generate papers in bulk beyond your plan quota
• Share OTP codes or account access with third parties
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits through technical means
• Upload malicious files, scripts, or content to the Platform
• Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or systems

We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts found in violation of these rules without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Our property: The PaperBeet platform, brand, logo, design, software, and underlying AI prompting systems are owned by BEETi Technology Services LLP and protected under Indian and international intellectual property law.

Your content: You retain full ownership of the exam papers you generate through the Platform. By using PaperBeet, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your content solely to operate the service for you.

Third-party content: PaperBeet uses Anthropic's Claude AI, Google Fonts, and other open-source libraries. Respective intellectual property rights belong to their owners.
